Understanding the Self is one of the core courses under the new General Education Curriculum (CMO 20 s. 2013). It covers the nature of identity, the factors and forces that affect personal development, and the maintenance of personal identity. This book intends to assist students in accepting their total self to identify their most immediate and long-term goals as they recognize their vision in life. It will also guide them in analyzing their study habits, attitudes, and skills to help them manage their goft of time.
